- 4 cups of water

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of corn syrup
- 1 cup of fish cakes, sliced
- 1 cup of cabbage, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Sesame seeds and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Soak the rice cakes in cold water for 30 minutes to soften them. 2. In a pot, add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. 3. Add the rice cakes to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until they become soft. 4. Drain the water and set the rice cakes aside. 5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 6. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become soft and fragrant. 7. Add the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup to the pan and stir well. 8. Add the sliced fish cakes and cabbage to the pan and stir well. 9. Add the cooked rice cakes to the pan and stir well until they are coated with the sauce. 10. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and the rice cakes become chewy. 11.
