Savoury Crepes Recipe
Introduction

In this recipe, we will be making savoury crepes filled with cheese, ham, and mushrooms. These crepes are perfect for a quick and easy meal that is both satisfying and delicious.Ingredients
For the crepes:- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth. 2. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. 3. Add the salt and melted butter, and mix until well combined. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom of the pan. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift up. 7. Flip the crepe over and cook for another minute on the other side. 8. Remove the crepe from the pan and repeat steps 4-7 with the remaining batter. 9. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. 10. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft and lightly browned. 11. Add the diced ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 12. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the shredded cheese. 13. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste. 14. Spoon the filling onto the centre of each crepe and fold the sides over to form a packet. 15. Serve the crepes hot and enjoy!Nutrition
