Delicious Chicken Burger Recipe

To make this chicken burger, you will need the following ingredients:- 500g ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix well until everything is combined. 2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. 3. Heat up a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil to the pan. 4. Cook the chicken patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and golden brown. 5. While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them. 6. Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and let it melt. 7. To assemble the burgers, spread some mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of the brioche bun. 8. Add a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on top of the sauce. 9. Place the chicken patty with melted cheese on top of the vegetables. 10. Add another lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on top of the chicken patty. 11. Spread some more mayonnaise and ketchup on the top half of the brioche bun and place it on top of the burger.Nutrition
