Homemade Oaty Bars Recipe

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt over low heat until smooth.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly with a spatula or your hands.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
