- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Follow these simple steps to make this vermicelli noodle recipe:- Start by soaking the vermicelli noodles in cold water for about 20 minutes or until they become soft. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red and green bell peppers, julienned carrot, and sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
