- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
For the Crust:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix well until it forms a dough-like mixture. 3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure it is evenly distributed. 4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until it is lightly golden brown.
