1. Soak the urad dal in water for 4-5 hours. 2. Drain the water and grind the dal into a fine paste. 3. In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, urad dal paste, salt, sugar, baking soda, asafoetida, ginger paste, green chili paste, sour yogurt, lemon juice, and oil. 4. Mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth batter. 5. Add water slowly to make a thick batter. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.Step 2: Steaming the Dhokla
