- 500g ground beef

- 400g canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
Start by cooking the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook for around 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set it aside.Step 2: Prepare the Bolognese Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook for around 2-3 minutes until they are soft and translucent. Add the carrots and celery and cook for another 5 minutes until they have softened. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked through. Stir in the tomato paste, canned tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, basil, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for around 15-20 minutes until it has thickened and the flavors have melded together.Step 3: Serve
