- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Follow these instructions to make baked donuts:- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
