Here are the ingredients you will need:- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess fat. 3. Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and black beans to the skillet. Stir to combine. 4. In a separate saucepan, melt the cubed Velveeta cheese over low heat, stirring constantly. 5. Add the jar of salsa to the ground beef mixture and stir well. 6. Layer half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. 7. Pour half of the ground beef mixture over the chips. 8. Pour half of the melted Velveeta cheese over the beef mixture. 9. Repeat these layers with the remaining tortilla chips, beef mixture, and Velveeta cheese. 10. Bake the nacho bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 11.
