Step 1: Melt the chocolate
Begin by melting 200g of milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water, and stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted.Step 2: Crush the shredded wheat
While the chocolate is melting, crush 85g of shredded wheat into small pieces using your hands. Don't worry if there are still some larger pieces left - this will add texture to your nests.Step 3: Mix the chocolate and shredded wheat
Once the chocolate has melted, add the shredded wheat to the bowl and mix well until all of the shredded wheat is coated in chocolate.Step 4: Make the nests
Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it onto a lined baking tray. Use the back of the spoon to create a well in the middle of the mixture, which will form the nest. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.Step 5: Add the eggs
