- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. To make the crust, combine the flour, butter, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 3. Add the cold water, one tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the dough comes together. 4. Remove the dough from the food processor and flatten it into a disk. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface and transfer it to a 9-inch pie dish. Trim the edges and prick the bottom with a fork. 6. Line the crust with parchment paper and fill it with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 15 minutes. 7. Remove the parchment paper and pie weights, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside. 8. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel. 9. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. 10. Add the bacon and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine. 11. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. 12.
