Instructions

- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.

- Add the chopped green and red chilies to the pan and stir to combine.
- Add the soy sauce mixture to the pan and stir to combine.
- Add the beaten egg to the pan and stir until the egg is cooked.
