Instructions
Here are the steps to prepare the veggie lumpia:- In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, tofu, and green onions.
- Sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
- Add the mixture to the skillet and stir until it thickens.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and let it cool.
- Prepare the lumpia wrappers by separating them and placing them on a flat surface.

- Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Seal the end of the wrapper by brushing it with water.

- Once the oil is hot, deep-fry the lumpia until golden brown.
- Remove the lumpia from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
