The ingredients required to make moussaka with beef are:
2 eggplants, sliced into rounds
2 potatoes, sliced into rounds
500g minced beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated cheese
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Prepare the eggplant and potatoes
Slice the eggplants and potatoes into rounds, and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender.
Add the cinnamon, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well. Add the can of chopped tomatoes and stir again. Let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the beaten eggs. Whisk thoroughly.
