Slow Cooker Chilli Recipe

The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat. 2. Add the beef to the slow cooker along with the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, onion, red pepper, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. 3. Stir everything together until well combined. 4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours. 5.
