- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Instructions
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and set aside. 2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. 3. Add the cumin seeds to the oil and fry for a few seconds until they start to pop. 4. Add the onions to the pot and fry until they become soft and translucent. 5. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pot and fry for a minute. 6. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala to the pot and fry for a minute. 7. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and fry for a few minutes until they become soft. 8. Add the meat to the pot and fry until it is browned on all sides. 9. Add enough water to the pot to cover the meat. 10. Add salt to taste. 11. Bring the curry to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. 12.
