Instructions
Marinating the Chicken
1. In a bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, cornflour, soy sauce, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well so that the chicken is coated with the marinade. 3. Add the beaten egg to the bowl and mix well. 4.
