Instructions
Follow these easy steps to make delicious samosas:- Begin by making the dough. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oil. Mix well. Gradually add water and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add onions and fry until they turn golden brown. Add peas and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a circle of about 6-7 inches in diameter.
- Cut the circle in half. Take one half and shape it into a cone, sealing the straight edge with a little water.
- Fill the cone with the potato-pea mixture, leaving some space at the top for sealing.

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add the samosas and fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
