Delicious Chaat Recipe
Introduction
Chaat is a popular Indian street food that is loved by people of all ages. It is a combination of vegetables, spices, chutneys, and crispy fried snacks. For Chana Chaat:- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Sev for garnishing
- 3-4 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 20-25 puris
- 1 cup whisked yogurt
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste

- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
For Chana Chaat:- Mix boiled chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
- Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Place the patties on a serving plate and top them with tamarind chutney, green chutney, finely chopped onions, and sev.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
- Take puris in a serving plate.
- Make a small hole in the center of each puri.
- Fill the puris with boiled chickpeas, finely chopped onions, and tomatoes.
- Top the puris with whisked yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
- Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
