Ingredient

For Chana Chaat:

  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev for garnishing
For Aloo Tikki Chaat:
  • 3-4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
For Dahi Puri Chaat:
  • 20-25 puris
  • 1 cup whisked yogurt
  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev for garnishing
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

For Chana Chaat:
  1. Mix boiled chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
  2. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.
For Aloo Tikki Chaat:
  1. Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small patties.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Place the patties on a serving plate and top them with tamarind chutney, green chutney, finely chopped onions, and sev.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
For Dahi Puri Chaat:
  1. Take puris in a serving plate.
  2. Make a small hole in the center of each puri.
  3. Fill the puris with boiled chickpeas, finely chopped onions, and tomatoes.
  4. Top the puris with whisked yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve immediately.
