Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Start by soaking the rice cakes in cold water for about 30 minutes to soften them. Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces and set them aside. Cut the onion, carrot, and green onions into thin slices. Peel and slice the hard-boiled egg in half.Step 2: Make the Sauce
